Anyone hoping to have a fit body has to check out Guiliana Rancic's blog below. Guiliana is the host of E! News and she's not only super smart, but she has a smoking hot body as well!


On her blog, she shares so many tips its almost hard to process all at once..but if you try a few at a time, you'll be blowen away at your results! A few of her tips include drinking Oolong Tea to lose weight fast, Kashi bars for healthy snacking and have half a grapefruit each day. Grapefruit is full of fiber, which makes you feel full and is packed full of some many good for you nutrients, I wish everyone would have some each day!
I've already seen a huge diffrence in my body since I've started incorporating her suggestions...I'm LOVING the results!
