Can you believe American Idol hottie  Kara DioGuardi is 40 years old? She looks amazing for any age and credits lots of veggies with keeping herself super hot. Kara says her husband makes her lots of veggie stir frys which keep her  full, so she doesnt feel tempted to pig out on junk foods. She also exercises 3-4 days a week. All I can say is Go Kara!  Veggies really do a girl good!
